The room we were promised in the end had maintenance issues out of a sudden and we had to move to another one. The only recommendations I would have to the hotel management is that the staff often looked "under the water" and still would smile and take care. It is simply not 5 star. We will stay here until next week, but will not come back if things do not change. We got refunded later (as the transfer was already paid and mistakes can happen) but from a five star hotel I expect that they deal with the agency which they are working.
